2 responses I use 2 help shift “-“ &fixed mindsets in #PE class. I’ve even used on myself 2 get my mind focused on possibility. Do u find Ss focus on what they can’t do or embody a fixed mindset? Maybe ur own mind or POV is slipping to a fixed 1 or dreading something to do/teach in #PhysEd class.
