Since 1946, INKY has increased understanding of zoonotic disease in public health communities. June will focus on emerging infectious diseases, including emerging threats to animal, human, plant & ecosystem health, and the interconnectedness of emerging human & agricultural pathogens.

INKY is the oldest running international conference in the world for zoonotic diseases. The first conference was held in 1946 and it continues to be a collaborative group of disease experts from Canada and the US.
