Arrived safely in deepest central France. Very grateful to Creative Hub France and The Brother Charity for awarding me this residency and the house where I will continue my ecological/tech-based work in photography and audio, allowing deep focus over the coming 3-months.

Up early to complete my hydrophonic mic build. Using a piezo cylinder, the circuit is soldered which is then sealed in a resin with the protruding copper serving as a ground to remove hum. Just tested, looking forward to recording on my forthcoming art residencies abroad. #contemporary #eco #field
