#AwesomeCharacters! This one's interesting because pretty much every protagonist in #LionGirl is another's antagonist XD But I would say they're all similar, at least in the circumstances that raised them. They just have wildly different reactions to those circumstances! (Poor Ashe and Anni...)

This doesn’t answer the question directly, but I really enjoy when the protagonist and antagonist are foils or mirrors of each other. In TD, Ayana and [redacted] are foils; in COTBM, Daemrin and his father act as foils to Lex’s father Marcas in some ways and as mirrors in others.
