I guess this is *kinda* a remake of a panel from pg140, but i just wanted to draw Rain's Halloween outfit cause it's absolutely adorable Happy #15YearsOfRain!!! I might do more later, cause this is the firs time where drawing something like this DIDN'T make me wanna give up completely-
