中共黑客“为国效力”多年，遭美制裁后迅速被中共抛弃。近日，遭美国制裁的APT27成员周帅及其公司“黑英信息”发布维权声明，怒斥包括中国银行、工行、建行、交行、邮储在内的大批中资银行“配合美方侵权”，冻结其账户、强制销户，连腾讯支付也一并封禁。周帅要求各大机构停止限制、公开道歉，并扬言将采取法律行动。周帅及其公司早被曝光为公安部背景下的黑客承包商。2024年2月，美联社披露该公司多年来持续对外发动攻击，连中共“友好国家”亦未幸免：包括巴基斯坦反恐中心、阿富汗安全委员会、泰国财政部、蒙古外交部、哈萨克斯坦电信与航空系统等均为其目标。泄漏文件还显示，该公司还与新疆警方合作，协助监控境外维吾尔人。

环境艺术家"坚果兄弟"遭强迫失踪，失联已超60小时。6月30日晚，长期调查陕西小壕兔乡工业污染的"坚果兄弟"在昆明失联。同晚，其长期合作伙伴郑宏彬在西安被带走。截至目前，两人失联已超过60小时，12篇调查文章遭删除，其公众号也无法通过正常渠道搜索到。两人自2018年起持续调查小壕兔乡环境污染问题。据其调查显示，当地因煤矿开采和天然气田作业造成地下水污染，呈现浑浊发黄、异味刺鼻等特征。当地居民皮肤病、肾结石及癌症发病率异常升高，牲畜大量死亡。2025年，煤矸石堆放进一步加剧了污染问题，部分村民检测出慢性肾病、血铅超标等症状。习近平曾多次提出"绿水青山就是金山银山"，但揭露污染者却成被消失目标。
