In the 2020 census Wyoming with 3 Electoral College votes had a population of 576,851; 192,284 per EC vote. California with 54 Electoral College Votes had a population of 39,538, 223; 737,747 per EC vote. North Carolina’s population was 10,439,388 for 16 Electoral College Votes; 642,461 per EC vote.
