Workout Day 321-328: Feels strange posting a week's worth of workouts. But just wanted to let you guys know I'm still at it every day. Had a really nice yoga sesh after a 10 hour work day this morning. Seems we gonna be busy moving forward the next couple months.

Workout Day 320: Decided to do another yoga sesh instead this morning after work. Left leg was feeling a little tight. Feels a bit better now. Just kinda babying it right now.

Workout Day 318 & 319: Had a good workout before bed Friday morning. Then had a relaxing yoga sesh last night. Debating on if I wanna do my workout before worky or after today! Maybe before since it's gonna be the long night

Workout Day 316 & 317: Last couple days of yoga and workout have been much better. This whole sinuses thing I was dealing with is finally on the tail end of things. Been feeling much better overall today. One more day of worky then it's time for the weekend yee!

Workout Day 310 & 311: Did a full body workout before bed after my flight back home. Felt nice after sitting on planes and airports all day. Then did some yoga after work last night. It's great to be home, but missing hanging out with everyone at the same time!

Workout Day305-307: Yoga and full body workouts my last two nights of work this week. Relaxing yoga sesh my first morning here in San Diego. I needed that after the nightmare travel I dealt with

Workout Day 300: I can't believe it's been 300 days!!! To celebrate I did a full body. Abs, legs, glutes, and arm trainer. Down to 225 lbs from around 245ish! Feeling really proud right now!! I also wanna thank @smashley.games for inspiring me to go on my own fitness journey!!! Gonna keep going! 💪

Workout Day 299: Had a nice relaxing yoga sesh. Body feels so refreshed after yoga. One more to 300!! I may try to do it sometime after I wake up. But may wait till after work since it's probably gonna be shorter one. But exciting either way!

Workout Day 298: Did a short one this morning after work with just abs and legs! But got it done!! 2 more for 300!!

Workout Day 297: Did some yoga this morning after work before bed. Starting to make more progress in other areas. It's still odd to me I can touch my toes in some forms but not others. But I'll get there!
