I'm not huge on Ethan Belchetz, he fits the stereotype the Rangers love tho! Viggo Björck really depends on what position they draft him for... he worries me as a center. Maddox Dagenais, a big center but i feel like he should be projected more around late 2nd or early 3rd round not in the 1st

he absolutely is, he fits the big power forward archetype that drury seems to want to develop so bad. he isn't that strong a skater but he has a great net front presence... honestly he is basically a discount chris kreider and he is the exact type of player drury would love to draft given the chance

for the 2026 draft? my top 3 have been ivar stenberg, tynan lawrence (even tho he has not had the best start at bu) and then a personal preference for chase reid but him and keaton verhoeff are neck and neck in my opinion for best defenseman available this year.

mika zibanejad has been the rangers best, most consistent forward AND he also plays all situations but a lot of people won't admit that bc it doesn't fit their narrative

its no secret i dont love matthew robertson but his first 3 games werent that bad bc of the above average play of nyr goalies masking poor play. first 3 games, nyr only got scored on 4 times (not including eng), since then they have been scored on 8 times, with him on ice for 7 of them in 7 periods.

the game wasn't perfect, the wolf pack played very undisciplined but man garand was so solid tonight and lead them to their first win of the season.

the wolf pack are making a lot of the same mistakes as last season and its frustrating. they lack discipline, they get scored on and then basically give up. some new players don't seem to be adjusting to the system (pouliot, dowling and terrance) have looked pretty lost out there at times
