Adolescent and young adult cancer survivors have a 42% increased risk of psychiatric disorders. Cancer also disrupts education, careers, friendships, and future plans. The psychological toll can make reintegration into everyday life challenging.

Anxiety, depression, and fear can spiral without intervention, turning an already challenging diagnosis into a life-threatening crisis. The ALTHEA app and web platform will enable remote consultations to deliver timely, accessible support even in underserved areas.
