Aaaand another antibiotic extension. 4 more weeks to go on top of the week I've got left. I make that another 70 individual hospital trips coming up. Happy, happy, joy, joy.

Just sat here musing that if that frog faced twat does ever get in and tries to privatise the NHS I'll hunt him down in my specially adapted BMW that 'we' all apparently get and keep going til he needs one himself.

Today appears to be pensioner hospital war stories day. On to my 3rd chair partner. Trying to find new ways to say 'ooh that's terrible' and still sound interested.

Day 2. Back again. Turns out the antibiotics I've been going in for every day for 6 weeks aren't working so moving onto another one, but - Brucey bonus! - now I have to go in twice a day for it. Think i'll be on the staff xmas do at this rate.

So starts day 1 of 5 of 6 hours stuck to a drip. At least I got the lucky seat with the best view.

My mum has just arrived with a box of mini eggs for me that she ordered off the internet. 12 packs of the buggers. I'm nearly 50. Marvellous.
