I support teams to develop cultures and behaviours to deliver change, I was thanked for creating a 'safe space' yesterday. That made me proud because its amazing the pace of progress when people feel safe to try new and to fail fast. #QISky

A3: I'm currently leading a nascent Quality Improvement & Patient Experience Working Group that is part of the African Consortium for Quality Improvement and Research (ACQUIREFrontline.org) Community of Practice. It's an exciting role for me, I hope it turns out like the #QCommunity for Africa.
