Hand spasms so bad today I accidentally threw paperwork all over the back office 😭 I did not want to do that to me.

I know I need to sleep but also, I am in so much pain all over, I feel like someone is wringing out every individual bone in my body like a washrag. Arthritis is hell, upload your brain onto a server before it can get you.
