한참 트위터에서 새로운 전독시 영문판의 companion과 ally의 번역 차이에 대해 얘기하고 있었는데 터져버림... 둘다 동료라는 의미는 내포하고 있지만 companion의 경우 동반자, 혹은 배우자까지의 의미도 가능하고 관계의 귀속성이 둘에 강조되는 느낌인데 ally는 건조하다고 해야하나... "생과 사의 동료"를 번역하기엔 그 맥락을 따져서 companion이 훨씬 감정적으로 적절하지 않나..고 아쉬운 마음에 적음🥹
