The NYS Adirondack Park Agency is poised to reverse a 18-year long trend of not ordering proposals to an adjudicatory hearing! We welcome this news as it is the only means according to the statute for the APA to deny a proposed project.

Vote Yes on Prop 1! The proposed amendment to NYS Constitution, Article 14, section 1, the famed "Forever Wild" clause, will allow winter sports activities and facilities on 323 acres at Mount Van Ho. The State will gain 2,500 acres of land that will be managed in full compliance with Article 14.
