Home from my 2nd annual ECDG trip. I've played 90+ courses and this is an absolute #1 course for me. So much work, time, and money has gone into this place even since last year. New baskets, tee positions, additions to the practice are, a liquor license... The place is special.

Without hyperbole, these are the best baskets in disc golf (Gateway Titan Pro 35). I thought Dave's video was all sales hype... But him and Phillip raised the bar. I owe him an apology. Every other basket just moved down in the ranking and this sits alone at S-tier.

I haven't thrown it yet and I'm pretty sure it's going straight in the bag.

Been a minute. I am really happy with where my tourny bag currently sits. I have overlap on the 9 speed section to work out, but overall feels decent in the field and the 3 courses at Ledgestone. I'm 50/50 FH and BH. This is the "any course" bag. (The app I use sucks)

Fair warning, if you order just one disc from Infinite Discs it comes with no cardboard backing in a bubble mailer. Not even a "do not bend", it'll probably end up warped in your mailbox like mine did. Big L, I won't be doing that again.

Through two rounds at worlds K-Latt is: 21/36 C2R (58%) 15/28 C1X Putting (54%) 0/7 C2 Putting And after that first round interview, I'd nearly bet the farm she's got something else at home going on that's been bothering her the past couple months.

If anyone knows where I can find more of these in blue or red... Lmk I don't care if they're x-outs.

Of the 8 or 9 DGPT courses I've played.... This is the most boring. Got to play the Jr Worlds layout (it's pretty much the same as DGPT FPO). Hope all of those kids have either a 350ft FH or BH, because all but like 3 of the holes are just that. The amenities and town are great though!

I mean this sincerely, the DGPT needs to lean into this goofy stuff. The evangelicals with money that run the sport can get bent. There's a reason the Savannah Bananas are by and far the most watched baseball team right now. Because they have fun and still play the game.

The entire point of the Preserve design was they wanted as little manufactured OB as possible. After the round both Simon and Gannon said it needs OB rope. Very interesting, from guys that have both complained about it in the past. Time for designers to find the balance.

I basically picked up DG again in 2019 because I obliterated my ankle skateboarding and wanted to stay active. (And stopped skating) We just got a new skatepark 8mn from my house and I went today for a few hours. I now know how I stayed high-school skinny through my twenties.

Courses I should check out along this route? I've played most of the great courses near St Louis

I had the pleasure of playing WR Jackson the year before it was destroyed... And man. I can't explain how damn good that course was. I hope the new one lives up to it's predecessor. Seeing these photos are just heartbreaking.

2025 personal best distance today backhand (420ft lasered). Got 425 FH Thursday during league... I'm real close to a nice little break through I think.

Another year, more rumors from pros that the 'C1/C2/step putt' rules are changing. Another year... No proposed changes so I have to keep fucking hearing every minor or potential infraction that does/doesn't get called.

Purely out of curiosity: Who's the highest rated person you know without a 1000 rated round? I'm 959 and have a couple 998's in my history. I've never thrown a 1k round but my standard deviation is tiny.

Most overhyped but now virtually nonexistent disc? IMO Probably the Simon MVP Timelapse. I don't think he even bags one anymore.

After a doubles League round, some field work, a full 18 hole Livestream, on the last hole I threw three real golf shots about 80% power and all three were in a line at 390 (double checked with a range finder and it was dead on). Restarting the BH from scratch is paying off. 😤

Almost a year ago to the date, probably the best birdie putt I've ever made 🤣

Tonight I started on hole 15 and the first teeshot hit a branch, kicked it 75ft left, and I missed the Mando by 2ft. Still a nice little second place league night and my putt really held up in the 15-20mph wind. Apparently it was my 600th scored round in Udisc.

Another Sunday, another 5 hours with a saw taking out invasive shit on the disc golf course. ...feels like a worse arm day at the gym.
