I do find the day after social events, demanding group classes or just a hot day (thanks British weather) I am soooooo pooped. Being a POTSy ND person feels like having been beaten with a stick and starved of oxygen on these days. Horizontal working, salts and lots of water = recovery. Sort of 🥴
