Why can’t the US have a vote of no confidence?

One of my favorite things about BlueSky is that it's not going to be renamed to a single letter.

Is there a quick way of adding people to lists? I have hundreds of people that I'm following and the only way I can see adding them is to get a list of followers from settings, drill down to each user individually and add them to a list then repeat.
