“I knew from the moment we began talking. You weren’t the most subtle after all.” She pulled out some cheese from her pockets and began to nibble on it. At least this food seemed to be recognizable

For once she’s sleeping outside of her mech, situated in a hammock that looks like it’s struggling to support her weight

“I’ve gotten some questions about what my cigarettes actually are. If you are curious, it’s mainly a steroid to help with muscular and skeletal issues. Eating and injections work as well.” To prove a point she eats a cigarette whole.

“…I’m not telling you.” Yeah, definitely an edgelord in her book. She’s just gonna let the stranger find out what a Barbarossa is on the front of its weapon.

“You aren’t. Especially since you said who.” She’s got various different contacts, so she usually hears it as a name for a group, not a person. “Just get off this planet as fast as possible. I don’t like to shoot, but Union won’t hesitate to get someone on your ass.”

“Dumpy? God, you probably run with Horus don’t you?” She rolled her eyes, standing up and moving to the side of the mech, attempting to climb a ladder up.

“Cradle. That’s the name of the place. Some people also refer to it as Earth, but that’s if you are ancient.” If it’s psychological warfare, it’s not working as well as expected.

“Dunno. E says it’s somewhere on Cradle, but as for a specific location, I wouldn’t know. And it’s been off on location for a long, long time.” Maybe that’s why she found the armor funny. Seeing someone move around in something that looked like a Halloween costume was a rare sight.

“You…made that?” She’s smirking, obviously trying to hold back a laugh “Could have fooled me. The cape is such…overkill.” A small chortle gets out, but she’s able to control her reaction just a bit as the mech’s arm lowered.

“Again, can’t do it. Luckily he’s not going to go shooting anything down. Call me Charlene.” She eventually flipped the bullet feed into the mech’s arm and swiveled in her chair to stare the armored thing down. “…Damn; that thing looks like it was designed to scare babies.”

“Can’t do that. He’s automatic. If he thinks I’m in danger, he prepares himself. And a vaguely layered threat followed by an order to lower weapons doesn’t give E the best feeling.”

“And that’s why Bunson’s here.” A clack of a barrel is heard from behind, something’s armed in the chamber as she continues tinkering. “Can I get a name for you, Edgelord?”

Oh she’s paying plenty of mind, but not looking toward the stranger. “If you are here to kill me, the NHP on board will fire. So back off.”

She’s currently welding some sort of box onto Agni, a feed of bullets on the ground by her feet.

“Alright, let’s get this all sorted out…” She’s fiddling with her gloves, a lit cigarette between them as she makes sure that the embedded claws don’t activate by accident.
