Progress on the renfaire skirt situation! Working on hemming the underskirt now and then I'll make some petticoats to fluff it out a bit

This fabric is so pretty but it's sadly much too cyan for the icy blue of the corset, so I'm dying it a colder shade of blue, and it is the most hydrophobic fabric I've ever encountered. I've been stirring it for like 5 minutes and there are still dry spots that aren't saturated
