Hate groups, individuals, and state/corporate institutions use whatever means available to hurt our community. Such attacks impose fear and supression to keep us from being us. By empowering ourselves to address these threats we weaken their grip on our hearts and ready ourselves to overcome them.

The medical and social systems meant to help us fail by design. In times of crisis we must rely on ourselves and each other. This month's workshop is designed to equip us with skills to protect the hearts and bodies of ourselves and our community during Mental Health Crises.

April is Sexual Violence Awareness Month. By focusing on empowerment over fear we will strengthen our community by gaining skills to defend our autonomy when faced with violence from intimate partners.

Open mat was such a great time! It was also good to test our set up so we can get the most out of our mats as possible. Really looking forward to the opportunities new equipment opens up for us!

ICE Agents have been spotted in Lincoln on I-80 in unmarked vehicles pulling people over. There are also reports of trucks near 84th and HWY 2. Remember your rights. Resist as a community. Protect one another.
