This is your reminder that you don’t need to “earn” care. You deserve food, rest, and kindness just for existing. So eat your lunch, drink your water, and know that I’m proud of you.

Some days we need the raccoon-approved basics: rest, snacks, hydration, and being a little cute. None of these things fix everything, but they help!

Confession: I am a perfectionist. I don't *want* to be, but there's this voice in my head constantly holding myself up to other people. Learning to meet yourself where you are, not where you think you should be, is one of the most healing things you can do.

Friendly #bodypositivity reminder that your body is trying its best. It’s a home. And homes don’t need to be perfect to be lived in, loved in, and worthy. You’re allowed to take up space. You’re allowed to be messy and human. And you are worth loving exactly as you are, no edits needed.

Don't forget to practice self-care even on challenging days. 💆‍♂️ Your well-being is worth it. 🌈💫

Boundaries are not mean, selfish, or rude. They’re actually super loving because they say, “Hey, I want to keep showing up for you... but I can’t do that if I’m completely drained and resentful.” You are allowed to protect your peace. Even if someone else gets a little pouty about it.
