We've added rocky cliff generation to the biome generation for Wildwood Hearth and Horizon.

Here's what I was teasing earlier in the day: FARMS! They are far from done, but we've got the basics in. The downlands biome is heavily inspired by England, and to some extent the Shire.

Things are happening guys

We are working on procedural generation for Wildwood Hearth & Horizon this week, getting cabins and other sorts of shelter spawning in the map. Here we are doing some ground traces to snap boxes to the terrain.

Work today: when foraging, it might be handy to have more space to store items, so you can craft a basket that you can carry items in. ✔️Fixed bug where crafted item was not given to player ✔️Fixed bug where items could not be consumed ✔️Placing baskets now uses proper building code path #indiedev

Working on weather system for Wildwood. What's your favorite weather vibes for cozy atmosphere?

Well, I spent most of my dev time today fighting with source control.

The iron blade of the old mill had been silent for a decade. The bitter smell of rotten sawdust still filtered through the air, smelled by no one but the wheeling crows above.

Not gonna lie, the new war of the worlds game has some crazy cool vibes. The audio is incredible too.
