The US is legislating transgender people out of existence. On 1/20/25, EO 14168 removed federal protections from workplace gender-based discrimination and harassment under the EEOC. On 2/26/26, SB 244 in Kansas invalidated the driver's licenses and IDs of those who have legally changed their gender.
