I didn’t even go inside. I just walked in front of the entrance, and nearly got swept away in a cloud of the damn things.

My day is fine. Then, boom. 50 Zubats.

“In that case, leave it t’ me,” replied Red, with beaming confidence. “If you’re lucky, you might pull up a Feebas. . maybe even a Dratini!”

A nice break, indeed. “. . Oh, I’m Red. It’s nice t’ meet ya, Jasper.” Red shoots him an easy smile. It’s not often he actually gets to make an introduction. . people usually recognize him, first.

Mission accomplished. “Psh. . no way.”

“I think there’s a big Whiscash at the bottom. . I must’ve fought it for ten minutes before it broke my line. That’s about it, aside from the occasional Magikarp.”
