No system of trade is just or reasonable that devours the house — or its people;

Economically or ecologically, no matter which, “[a] house divided against itself cannot stand;” respectively, the following particular examples, hold high importance to America, among others:

Without one or the other (a healthy human ecology and/or a healthy greater ecology), the house of democracy (eco in ecology, like eco in economy, means house) will be razed — not raised, nor reinforced, but ruined, sundered, felled, destroyed.

Democracy depends upon mutually beneficial and equitable connections and the vigorous flow of cycles of energy among a healthy human ecology and the healthy greater ecology of where we live.

Whereas progress is its own virtue in a world and cosmos where change does not stop, to repress portions of the People is, on the contrary, the inhumanity of antidemocracy.

Protecting power structures that burn (heat) and salt (poison) the planet, though? The obvious opposite: unvirtuous (for harming both the People and our home). What we conserve alongside if we repress, in part, reveal if we want life to progress.

Conserving the very environment both surrounding us and comprising us is a vital virtue, paired with actions such as depolluting Mother Earth’s air, water, and land.

Empowering ourselves through democracy also allows humankind our one chance to conserve the house from which we all hail: Mother Nature, Creation, Mother Earth.

so, we’ve progress to make to actually empower ourselves democratically.

a sound sense of freedom, belonging, the future: a compact to vote together and to empower our own self-governance; as well, true democracy is the power to vote upon NEARLY EVERY aspect of governance: matters of peace and war, taxation, spending, education, health, and more;

Let’s share, and together we rise. Let us speak the password primeval: Let’s give the sign of democracy; naturally, humanity is interconnected. We divide our- selves unnecessarily, indeed, invent division, but true democracy is humanity interwoven, in union with itself and beyond.

Let us share: Sharing power is the essence of democracy (as well as the essence of existence and of life itself, for all is of the all), and this elevates the whole human race, which is all one race and interlaced in its fortunes as well as its natures, even if some pretend that this is not so.

Either we have a system in which power is distributed equitably, or else we have one in which powermongers covet the pharaoh’s pyramid, scheme to possess it, or even to have it built FOR themselves, and distort—funnel to their own hands—much of our wealth and power, damning the People.

The demagogue, like the tyrant, desires their own personal power, and they accumulate it by inflaming and exploiting the passions of the masses, especially the People’s fear, angst, and anger, in order to divide portions of the People against themselves so as to make democracy less achievable.

When we strive to make democracy (rule by the People) more direct for ALL, we also defend democracy from demagogues, demagoguery being destructive (antimatter) to the matters of an enlightened democracy, just as with tyrants.

Ask yourself: How do my choices and actions make real that I favor democracy, true democracy: empowered citizens, freedom from corruption?

It matters immensely, in fact critically, for us to ask this to ourselves about every socially impactful idea we have: Does this given idea actualize/realize and make more, or fully, accessible DEMOCRACY (the People’s right to self-governance), or the opposite?

Let us ask ourselves, as a guiding principle (one for which we reached a point, long ago, where it has become crucial to ask), if any given demand, policy, and action we wish to pursue actualizes/realizes and makes more (or fully) accessible DEMOCRACY, or instead diminishes it.

1 All of us are intertwined, in a double-helical dance—at once democratic, physical, and chemical. When we strive to make democracy—people-power— more direct for all, we also bind ourselves back to each other —re-ligare—in union, communion, a covenant, with one another.

True democracy is community and communication. True democracy is embracing commonality and common ground. Common ground and commonality are true democracy. True democracy is sharing and voting. True democracy is peaceful and neighborly. True democracy is LOVE.

True democracy, government with the direct consent of the People, is the future, and true democracy solves for rule by subtraction and division, for true democracy is addition and multiplication. True democracy is compassion and cooperation.

and to know just the rhythm of information in humanity’s past is enough to know the rhythms of our present and our future and what to change in the rhythms of our present and our future.

and to know just the rhythm of information in humanity’s past is enough to know insights that have aided our survival for ages, to know how myopia has drowned us in the many vortexes of existence, to know the difference between the two, to know, thus, when to think and act bigger or more uniquely,

To know all the information of just one moment is to know all time at once,

— love is linked to compassion, communication, community, communion, unity, union; linked to cooperation; and linked to bonds between brothers, sisters, mothers, fathers, family, friends, fellows, neighbors, lovers, the eternal, humanity, togetherness: the eternal humanity-togetherness.

An Answer: Whereas hate is based in division and subtraction, love is linked to addition, multiplication, and connection — connections between people

Fortunately, forever love evolves over hate. Hate could lose; love can win. Make no mistake: This is not automatic, not a given. Love will not win simply because some of us believe it. Faith alone will not do the trick. Still, love can win. Do you know why?

and our future, and all of this also affects the present and the future of our loved ones.

in order to make progress for both new and storied causes against forces that are set on conserving old repressive power structures, that long to hold power over others, and that obstruct true democracy, for such forces, whether long-entrenched or diminished, always exist in any given year)

(yes, even in the year _ _ _ _, WHATEVER it may be, we must update our mindsets and readily accept that the next election is ALWAYS critically important, potentially the most important ever, as is the case forever, and that we must struggle and vote like it is our religion,

None of this is abstract nor simply academic (none of this is about party either, for party is not democracy, even though a party can be used to make life either more — or less democratic). All of this is extremely consequential, critical, dire. All of this affects our present lives

(democracy, we must frequently remind ourselves, is not oligarchy, plutocracy, monarchy, apartheid, aristocracy, autocracy, nor anarchy), and sharing power is sacred, is democracy: Democracy done well is akin to religion.

Whenever you are asked to share power, it is not a loss, even if you were part of a monopolistic club before, for now you have the opportunity as well as the honor TO SHARE like everyone else does in a democracy

When we strive to make democracy more direct for ALL, we naturally live by the spirit of democracy, by the fundamental agreements we make with each other. This is not some soft middle, but our center of gravity, a firm foundation, and the skeleton of the structure of humanity and democracy.

If your aim is to hold power OVER others, then you are, and will be, on the wrong side of democracy, essentially on every issue  because you have put personal power over democracy. This fact is fairly easy to notice in the world around each one of us once one is conscious of it. Think about it.

True democracy is sharing and voting. True democracy is peaceful and neighborly. True democracy, self-governance by the People, is holy. Democracy’s sacredness exists in We the People sharing power with one another.

True democracy is embracing commonality and common ground. True democracy is undistorted common sense; undistorted common sense is true democracy. True democracy is diplomatic. True democracy is debate, even difficult debate.

True democracy is precisely the antidote to rule by force and violence; to rule by sheer power, greed, thievery, denial, cunning, subjugation, and suppression; and to rule by fear and hatred of others. True democracy is self-rule by the People, rule by agreement, rule by accord.

No human-made system has more consent from the governed by definition and nothing empowers every person together more— than true, sacred democracy.

and giving up on our together- established decisions and earnest efforts, in the name of something else more selfish, more necessitating that said fear, hatred, and greed —  and violence? Unjust. Antidemocratic by definition.

Everyone shrewdly protecting only themselves and their own interests —  out for only themselves and theirs — or huddled in insular groups, weapons faced outward at the rest of the world in fear, hatred, and greed? Giving up on our institutions of community, of democracy? Giving up on We the People

To deny the light of people-power, democracy, with the shadowy absence of it, to desire or tolerate something else instead of democracy, the People governing the People, and to replace democracy—the most JUST— in the name of greed or power-lust? With what— freedom from any regulation? Anarchy.

The more a democracy expresses the will of the People’s minds, bodies, and hearts and souls while still protecting the civil, human, and democratic rights and lives of ALL of the People, then the more JUST the democracy, the more invaluable the democracy.

GOVERNment, the art and science of controlling power, gains its greatest legitimacy from the consent of the governed. Thus, the more democratic a government, then the more JUST the government; the more democratic a democracy (the more direct (true) a democracy), then the more JUST the democracy.

It is our duty to remind everyone that the JUST solution to the conflict between SELF and GOVERNANCE is to make democracy more direct (more true), not less powerful.

We fall in the trap of all authoritarians who have crept up from anarchic or troubled times when some of us say We the People are the problem, long to make smaller or weaker We the People, want to shut down We the People’s institutions, want to starve or drown We the People: We. The Sacred. People.

Those who've reflexively railed against our government in all its facets all the time are effectively railing against the power of We the People —  and thus are railing against democracy. A government by the People is not the enemy of, nor a problem to, the People; such a government IS the People —
