BREAKING: Senator Chuck Schumer asked for unanimous consent to pass the resolution to force the DOJ to release Epstein files the second it is sent over by the House. No one objected and it will now pass the Senate as soon as it arrives.

Also- despite Speaker Johnson’s pleas to amend the Epstein resolution, Leader Thune said that was unnecessary. “Well, I think when a bill passes the House for 427 to 1 and the president said he'll sign into law, I’m not sure there is a need for amendments.”

JUST IN: Majority Leader Thune said the Senate is “hotlining” (the process by which they see how Senators would vote) on the Epstein resolution and a vote should happen this week maybe even today.
