I went to bed at 9 last night and I don't normally get to sleep till around 11/12 but I was out like a light! Up at 7 and don't feel I particularly slept well! I'm exhausted!

Treated myself to a haircut as it was driving me up the wall!

So I got my car back last Thursday and straight away the engine light came on and after it was looked at it was decided that it was just because it had not been driven for a week and cold and it was sorted!

It's too bloody hot! I'm I'm in just a t shirt and jumper and I'm sweating. Stormy rain and milder weather is disgusting this time of year!

So after a 2 year long battle, it still feels surreal that it's over. I feel like it's still going to creep back and bite me, I'm sleeping alot and I've got headaches! When you get good news it's still weird adjusting to waking up and not having to fight!

Caught up with #ComeFromAway crew last night and after a much needed feeling of celebration if felt so good laughing from the bottom of my soul! I love these guys and they have no idea what they did for me in the hardest moments of my life

Took my daughter to a garden centre today and i will never get over the wonder that's on her face or the fact I can make her belly laugh just by putting on a silly voice! I will miss when she's too old to belly laugh at my funny voices!

Walking into town for a bit of time out as I have a pounding headache. Was treating myself to a greggs for lunch. Thought I'd order this on the app so I could grab and go. Ordered it for 12:15. Got there slightly late and it wasn't ready. 12 minutes it will be apparently. Not doing that again

I've been good with my adulting today and did my invoice and tax return! That's productive for me! I also noticed that I did my tax return on the 28th of November so I clearly have a routine that I don't even realise!

Today on 'catching the bus after work'! Checked times for bus and it said it was arriving in 10 minutes. Got to the stop with 5 minutes spare. It said it was arriving early. No sign of the bus. Been here now 30 minutes at the bus stop. 2 busses going the other direction have passed me by!

So, I'm going to put a #mentalhealth post as I have done in the past here and it's been met with a positive reaction. I had my first panic attack in 8 months yesterday. I walked off aimlessly and went on a path which wasn't safe. I turned around and found a pub, crying my eyes out.

I am without my car for just over a week so I'm doing an experiment where I want to see if I can just use public transport as much as possible to go about my every day life. I took a trip up to Chilton Polden last night and getting the bus into Taunton.

I had a Baileys latte in café Nero today and I have to say I was a little underwhelmed. I've heard from sources it's better as a hot chocolate. I'm not normally a hot chocolate fan but maybe I'll give it a go!

So my car has gone into be fixed and my insurance company haven't been able to give me a car with the right adaptions so I'm walking/public transport. Maybe I'll lose some weight. 40 minute walk into town to the bus and will be another 30 minutes home.

Urgh I feel totally helpless today and stressed. This has been the worst day I've had in about 6 months. The fight feels too hard

Right, let's see about getting a new car and how much that's going to cost me!

I wonder if I'll get to sleep at a reasonable hour tonight! I've had quite a good wind down and enjoyed tennis tonight! Hoping to go tomorrow before being without a car for a week! Dreading that!

Started watching #StrangerThings again yesterday after being sucked in by the hype and not watching on YEARS and thought I must be so behind...I'm on season 3 and there's only been one season after that so I clearly haven't missed much!

Booked into cardio tennis tonight. Haven't really found the time/motivation for the gym but I know if I at least do tennis, once or twice a week then I'm still active and I enjoy it as well! Once panto is done, I expect I shall be hitting the gym again

Was worried I was getting a gall stone at rehearsal tonight as I'm carrying so much stress internally right now but I've stayed calm and taking some tablets and curbed it. The last time I had one I was doubled over for 4 hours.

I actually ended up being in one of those amateur companies productions of 'Come From Away'. We had an absolutely fantastic director who really helped us get those accents up to scratch!
