Just a cardio tennis session tonight. I skipped out on the run as my body told me it had done enough cardio for the day! Going to take tomorrow as recovery and get back in the gym Friday or Saturday

Cardio tennis followed by a 2.5km run. I hooe to up those distances soon but slowly but surely is the best way unlike last time where I lose all the weight in a very unhealthy way

After the last few weeks of work and making a decision that I was leaving and then being convinced to stay and how I've been treated by colleagues, I've had my first bout of anxiety for a while. It's very much anxiety and a crisis in confidence and it's knocked me and I just feel a bit vulnerable.
