The end goal of Grok sexual harassment is to make women afraid to be visible. It’s a punishment for daring to exist in a way the perpetrators can’t control. There’s no one solution to this, because the problem isn’t just technological. It’s cultural. It’s misogyny. This is just one expression of it.

These trees look like Jimmy Hendrix & Claude Monet did a collab, but this is just what the rainbow eucalyptus (Eucalyptus deglupta) looks like every day: fabulous. The only 'rainforest' eucalyptus, it's native to the Philippines & Indonesia, but introduced in Hawaii, Florida & California.

I do not have words for how moved I am by this image. For lovers of Ray Bradbury (like me), I am instantly within the Martian Chronicles, remembering that the first person off the ship to step on Martian soil was an archaeologist. I could weep.

Transitioning from someone ‘doing’ to ‘leading’ for people like me (not guided through it by a Board or big org hierarchy) is really tough. I’ve had to search hard and be open to constant learning. The biggest lesson so far is constant vigilance against being instantly ‘othered’ is essential.

They erased the new Banksy mural in London. But the stain remains.
