I'm excited because I got an invitation to go to a rehearsal with other band teachers and sight read some new middle school repertoire!! I'm it's totally an advertisement thing, but it's gonna be so fun

Things turned out fine :3 I played well, and the lady was quiet and she played perfectly fine.

I got to community band early, so I was in the back of the parking lot with my pipe. I do this because I don't like them and they misgender me all the time. But I still kinda like playing on Some sort of ensemble and I'm already in this one ya know? So I come here high for extra fun (1/3)

Anyways, I think I have actually been in a depressive episode or something similar for the past.. 6 or so months? I think when I doubled my progesterone I had majorly fucked up

Watched LOTR basically all day. Was hella good. Even though it was my 3rd time watching it, it still feels like the first. (I forget everything very quickly)

POV 12 hours later (I'm going to get so much stuff done and I will have spoons to actually do it because I'm not at work)

And I don't want to call out tomorrow because it's a good day schedule wise

On the bright side, despite it being a busy week, by no means has it been a bad week. I just got a keep this energy / mindset going for another week and a half

I thought I was gonna be more productive off of weed, but it turns out that I was much much less productive when I was sober. Dealing with being lethargic due to being sick and the psychological effects of withdrawal just knocked me out for that entire month

I've been procrastinating so many very important things,, but at least yesterday I started to tackle it (called to get meds refilled and got emergency meds to hold me over until they get refilled). I ran out and was dealing with brain zaps the last two days

Anywho, I've picked up a hobby of learning to cut violin bridges! I just finished buying all the tools I needed. I got wood files, carving tools, an exacto knife, sandpaper, thumb plane, book for measurements, and various violin bridge ruler things

I'm happy!! I got to school early today and put grades in. A parent emailed me yesterday because the quarter ends at the end of the month and,,, I had 0 grades in 😬😬 BUT it only took 30 minutes and I got all the grades for all my classes IN. No longer a big task looking over my head

A T break has never been so hard for me. I'm almost 2 full weeks in and gods it's been bad. Waiting for my dopamine / serotonin levels to fix themselves is so horrible. I don't think I can do this during the school year again, in the future I'll do it over summer break
