Crystal Rose Viktor idea. I love masquerade ball style outfits and wanted to show that here.

Jayce is currently looking at and appraising some of my card collections. I can imagine Viktor showing off his collection and Jayce being impressed.

Working on something a little different. Jayce has a crystal rose skin, so I’m giving Viktor one.

I decided to bead after all. Shimmering threads and glittering seed beads works so well. Now to find a frame for it.

Another finished piece. I really took out my unfinished projects stack and ran with it. I find cross stitching so satisfying and relaxing

Not sure if it’s the extra pain meds or the rotten chest infection I’ve got but ugh…

I’m currently working on transferring all of my card collections, (I have a lot of different ones) out of ultra pro sleeves as honestly there are way better and more cost effective options. Ultra pro just doesn’t have the best quality imo, they tear or dent too easily.

Finally sorted out Transformers TCG battle cards now just need more A5 6 ring binders and 4 pocket pages. Also, finished double sleeving my Temporal Forces Pokémon set. That binder looks amazing, I’m finding the VaultX Zip binders particularly nice, they just look at feel better than Ultra Pro

I finally finished this. Had a really rough couple of weeks from what started as a virus turned in to a chest infection which is still trying to come back after 2 weeks of antibiotics (my lungs are awful, they suck at being lungs) and needed a project to keep me sane. So this was the result.

Jayce gets a cold. Gets better in a week. I get it and it’s been nearly 3 weeks… ok so I got another chest infection but still.

Whatever that thing Jayce caught last weekend seems to have had its fun with him and he’s completely better. I’m now on antibiotics, I can’t even move without coughing a lung up and the stuff I’m bringing up is thick, green and definitely purulent. Jayce had a cold/flu bug.

I brought “Stray” on my switch. I thought itd be a cute cat game but nooooo…. Anyone wants me I’m going to be hiding under the blankets for a while.

I started nebbing around half past 2. It’s now 4… I’ve had 3x 5mg salbutamol, 500mcg ipratropium and 5ml additional isotonic saline. I’m exhausted. And about to add 20mg oral prednisolone to the mix. If my peak flow doesn’t pick up, then I’m out of options .

This took me a while but I like the result, i referenced the chibi that was released (which was just head and shoulders) and gave him a body.

I remember years ago, I tried to assemble a metal Megatron model kit. It didn’t go well and it never got finished, my fingers were torn to shreds. Then I found the Kotobukia kits of the seekers and Megs. Those were really easy and a lot of fun.

Still feels weird to think that he was this tiny little baby once. He’ll be 3 years old this year.

Today, I learned that the weird noises Sonic makes while grooming himself is his because he’s concentrating. Apparently licking your balls takes a lot of focus and concentration 😂

I figured out why I love this so much. The Poro who is pulling Viktor’s robe reminds me of one of my first guinea pigs. Alphonse would do the exact same thing to demand pets. (Not my art but I love it!)

Ugh… how does something so simple as sorting out a prescription become a song and dance routine. It’s not like I can just not have the medicine either. I’m getting very tired of this every single week.

I’ve been feeling horrendous today. Blood sugars were low and my limbs decided to ache like crazy. Had a shower and now under my heat blanket. This thing has been a godsend. I’m so thankful for the “heat on prescription” scheme this winter.

Last night was a mixture of imbalanced electrolytes. Low potassium made my body feel like it was tensed up then relaxed or shooting pains. Then the vomiting happened. Woke up with low blood sugar, low peak flow, muscle aches and a black eye that looks like I lost a fight with myself.

Last night was…interesting.

I think my phone needs to be confiscated at night time as my Google history is often bizarre. Best recent ones: “Do dolphins get colds?” “Dream of my tooth falling out” “What is honey?”

Bit of real talk here. I am praying for the people in America who are going to struggle the most.

This took me a while, didn’t know if I even wanted to finish it in the end. But I did. And I’m pleased with it. This years art goal is to work on backgrounds.

The biggest worry I have with injecting is that I am a bleeder. Sometimes when I do my injections in my tummy I bleed a fair bit and it often comes through my clothes. Don’t want to have to worry about big red stains on my big day.
