After a truly rewarding semester as a postdoctoral #research fellow at IDHEAP supported by the scholarship to strengthen the careers of #women in #academia – I’m now back in Brazil, feeling very grateful for this opportunity.

Since February, I’ve been teaching #OrganizationStudies in the undergraduate #BusinessAdministration program at @fgvoficial.bsky.social. It’s an honor to return to the university where I completed my PhD and to be part of a team of inspiring scholars whom I deeply admire!
