💚 Kermitt Update 💚 Kermitt got his stitches out and is doing so well! He’s settling in, feeling good, and proving that recovery is best done one nap at a time. He’s an expert sleeper and a world-class snuggler. 💚🐾

Meet Chucky! 🧡 This four-year-old sweetheart is confident, playful, and full of sass. He loves belly rubs, snuggles, and being the star of the show. Best as the only cat – Chucky’s all the personality you’ll ever need!

The cave toy suffered a complete structural collapse after exceeding maximum kitty capacity. 😹 Reconstruction has officially begun. Morale is high, supervision is intense, and no naps have been missed during the rebuilding efforts.

💚 Kermitt Update 💚 Post-amputation life is treating Kermitt just fine! His days are full of naps, pets, and good meals, and at night he heads home with Dr. Jen to claim the couch. 😸 The dogs have learned if they want a spot, they’d better squeeze in next to the king himself. 👑

Senior sweetheart Gertrude shows us that age is just a number and tongue-out Tuesday photos never go out of style. 😛

Whatever cut off Kermitt’s circulation sure did a number on his leg. Despite every effort, it just couldn’t recover, and Dr. Jen had to amputate. The good news? He came through surgery like a champ. Let's keep cheering him on as he continues to heal. 💕

Expresso is on lookout duty! She’s claimed the top of this box toy as her personal observation deck. The perfect spot to keep tabs on everything happening over in The Gallery (the other side of our shelter). She takes her supervisory role very seriously. 👀🐾

Rye wanted to show everyone how far he’s come! He was found with a shoelace tied tightly around his neck—but look at him now. He’s healing beautifully. Sure, he has a little Frankenstein flair with those stitches, but we think it adds character. ✨️

Kermitt came to Dr. Jen with one of the most swollen paws she’s seen in a long time. No breaks, but severe swelling likely from getting caught in something. Now on meds, Kermitt’s resting & eating like a champ. Paws crossed for healing!

Rye’s neck is healing by second intention—closing naturally from the inside out. It’s itchy, a bit gooey (gross but good!), and he’s due for surgery soon for a retained testicle so Dr. Jen will reassess at that time. He’s a messy eater, always in motion, and utterly adorable. 🥰

Meet Rye named after Catcher in the Rye because Sandi was his catcher. She saved him from the edge of something terrible. She found him with a shoelace embedded in his neck, likely since kittenhood. He’s now safe with Dr. Jen, healing and finally free. 💛

📦 Boxed up and ready to ship! Danish knows a purrfect box when he sees one. Let’s be honest, you can buy cats fancy beds, plush blankets, and heated pads… but they’ll always choose the cardboard box it came in. 😹

A fellow cat rescuer spotted a homeless group kindly sharing their lunch with a starving, matted senior cat under a highway. Now named Expresso, this 12+ year-old deaf dynamo is thriving despite kidney disease and past injuries. She’s in our Special Adoption Program—fee waived, care covered.

When new volunteer Jocelynn met Oliver Sloane, she knew he was the one. 💕 After a temp check he did not approve of, he refused to look at the camera, but when it was time to go home, he strutted right into his carrier. A purrfectly sassy match made in Crash’s Landing heaven! 🐾

Maggie Q came to us after being rescued and testing positive for FeLV. This gentle girl has blossomed with care—gaining weight, healing from dental issues, and showing her sweet, shy charm. Born in 2019, she’d thrive in a calm home as part of our Forever Foster a Feleuk Kitty Program.

Allison & Alex, who once adopted Lola Palooza & Pumbaa, found love again at Crash’s Landing. Lira melted into Allison’s arms, and Rugelach sealed the deal with chin kisses for Alex. They’re now adopting both. Proof that love always finds its way back. 💕

Meet Iago! 🐾 You’d never guess this guy was once on death’s door—now he’s a vibrant, muscular, handsome bloke! At 2½, he’s playful, a little mischievous, and starting to enjoy being held. He’d do well as an only cat or with a younger playful friend.
