OSU recovers a fumble and returns it for a touchdown. Kayden McDonald forced the fumble and freshman Riley Pettijohn returned it for a TD. 42-0.

Terrific halftime performances by both bands. OSU fans gave Grambling's "World Famed" band a nice ovation after its short show.

First half stats with OSU leading 35-0. Yardage, OSU 393-113. Yards per play, OSU 12.3, GSU 3.6. Passing, Sayin 18 of 19, 304, 4 TDs, 1 INT. Receiving, Smith 5-119, 2 TDs; Tate 5-69, 1 TD. Rushing, Donaldson 5 for 45, 1 TD; Peoples 5 for 41.

Julian Sayin is putting on a passing clinic. Yes, it helps to have no pass rush, but he is throwing darts.

Grambling misses the 35-yard FG.

Julian Sayin is 10 for 10 for 218 yards and three touchdowns in less than 11 minutes of game time.

Well, this is certainly looking like the blowout we thought it would be. 14-0 OSU with just under 9 minutes left in the first quarter.

DE Kenyatta Jackson, who was injured in the Texas game, is starting today.

Correction. Will Kacmarek caught the 47-yard touchdown.

Ohio State wins the toss and elects to receive. That tells you how the Buckeyes view this game. Normally, they'd defer to get the ball to start the second half. My guess is that Day wants to get the offense as many possessions as possible in the first half and then empty the bench.

JJ Tracy and Robert Cash, who won an NCAA doubles title for Ohio State, have advanced to the semifinals of the U.S. Open with a 6-1, 7-6 victory. Pretty remarkable.
