2025 has been a magical year for games. Time to cross another one off the list of "completed" games (although I'm about 73 hours into Hades 2 and still tons to do post credits).

I ask for one blitz armory so I can prep for side events at worlds and this is what my LGS community gives me instead. I almost got it but instead they changed to 2 LL weeks and 2 CC weeks in October. I need somewhere safe to test my new maniac blitz ideas before November

my wife called in a frantic and yelling "is everybody okay? Where is (insert 7yo son's name)?" I'm like "yeah he just got home from school he is playing Kirby". On the bus he left her a voice memo yelling "Mommy Help me" and start screaming "as a prank". And he's confused why he is in trouble.

9 out of 10 of the creators deserve to get that creator grant and I'm happy to see them get a chance to improve their channels. One I hope LSS reevaluates before comparing them to somebody as awesome as @tolariancommunitycollege.com because their personal beliefs couldn't be further apart.

Fundraising is starting up again for my daughter's travel softball team. The league pulled the rug out from under us this season and said they aren't able to do 3k of funding they did last year For each team. Time to start getting creative. FaB card raffles?

It's Thursday. I have a Daggerheart session scheduled for Saturday that I GM. Ive had it scheduled for a month. I've done zero prep for it. I figure I got at least 36 hours or so before I have to panic.

She's back. Time to build the deck.

Can't wait for armory tonight. Not because of FaB, I'm always excited for that. But more because a local made the mistake of anybody knew how to play Grand Archive. And with no stores supporting it within 100 miles of me, my time has come to play the game in paper.

Having folks who pick up things from gencon for you is nice. This is the 5th time I've purchased footsteps since starting the game.....now ask me how many times I've played illusionist.

Having our local distribution cut 3 sets in a row is killer. Our LGS has said that they won't be able to crack boxes and sell singles to our player base and still hold back things for armory and prizing and other events. What a let down.

I only play FaB these days due to free time but there are two cards I do want just for my personal collection for various reasons. I may just have to give in and buy them on TCG player.

While I have tons of cards and accessories that have a much higher market value than these, our LGS has custom foil tokens made featuring our beloved LGS employee Cho, and gave them away to all players at a customer appreciation event. My Cho-kens are 100% my favorite FaB cards. #fabcw #fabtcg

I had to send my wife in to my LGS to pick up a card I had somebody bring back from Singapore for me since I couldn't make it. I try to explain to my FaB friends who my wife thinks all FaB cards should not be sold for over $0.25 each since it's just paper. They are slowly starting to get it.

I keep telling folks the @quivertime.com products that aren't the actual bolt/quiver are very solid. I love their sleeves, prior deck boxes and now I'm a big fan of their nexus deck block. Picked up one just to test it out, but will 100% be getting more. Not sponsored...just a fan

@fabtcg.com for this PQ season, since people can't enter if they win in the past, will you be releasing a list of winners weekly or something for judges and TOs to reference before an event starts to make sure everybody who signed up is legally able to participate? Or is it an honor system thing?

Oh man. My commute from my hotel to the #fabtcg worlds location is a little rough. I have to walk across 1 whole street. Don't know if I can handle it.

People ask why I enjoy riptide. It's because Riptide may not win a ton of matches, but when you're winning and pinging them with trap after trap you get messages like this. And this is how I know I'm doing something right.

When at the beach for the 4th of July it is mandatory to spend $300 on fireworks and teach your kids how to run from them in the event they go rogue.

The table is pretty much ready and set up for my #daggerheart campaign session 1 kick-off tomorrow with some of my #fabtcg locals. Just gotta get my battle grid nice and flat first.

Starting a new Daggerheart campaign with some GSC FaB folks Saturday. We haven't played in a few months. I've been anxious to start up a TTRPG campaign with them. I may or may not have spent hours writing 3000+ years of history of the world that I know they won't use.

So happy to finally check this off of my #fabtcg goal list.

I don't know if I've felt this level of anxiety as I wait to learn if my @fabjudges.bsky.social level 2 #fabtcg judge application has been approved or not since I applied to colleges and checked the mailbox every day for an acceptance/rejection letter.

Okay with Nats over for #fabtcg here in the US, my focus is now on two things. The first is the @gscfab.bsky.social $10k for worlds events practice, and then Worlds in Philly. Gonna be a busy but fun November.

Is there any worse feeling than taking the time to build 4 decks one day because you're excited about that week's #fabtcg armory, then the next find out you likely can't make it. Now I got a really sad Pirate Necromancer who won't stop staring at me like I let his boney heart down.

Plight of being a parent. I bought myself a switch two. My son asked for a turn and being a good parent I said sure. It was well over an hour ago he started his turn. He says it still isn't my turn.
