Went home early from work last night, immediately showered and went to bed, woke up 15 hours later. Much better.

No sleep and a blood draw is going to make for a FUN day.

First time in a good while my Monday workout session felt good, or at least productive. In a TOTALLY unrelated note, I'm quite incapacitated now. Imma just lay here a bit.

The irony of having sleep troubles during the time of year where we have the most hours of darkness is not lost on me.

This winter is absolutely crushing my mental. I've been in about 3 hours of sunlight/daytime for the entire week and haven't been in temps above 12F in almost 2 weeks. I'm losing it.

Starting to see the very first vestiges of summer stuff (clothing, pool toys) at work a and it's a double edged sword because its "yay a sign warmer weather isnt that far away" but also "alas, I will not have a summer body for summer yet again."
