I might not be much online in the next couple of days or will replay later to messages or don't replay cause my mom has a surgery today and will be in the hospital for the next few days❤️‍🩹This hospital is a big trigger for me so it won't be easy the next few days that's why I might disappear for a bit

Today is CPTSD Day, a day close to my heart since I'm struggling with this since I got the diagnosis when I was a teenager but since then I'm learning every day to keep going

I was feeling down and my favorite person posted. She often posts when I need it the most. I'm proud of anyone who are struggling with their mental health but still get up. September is suicide prevention month. I know more about suicide than I would like to know about it cause I lost a family member to it. I'm happy that June is over, it was a very hard month for me. I hope July is nicer. It already starts in the best way possible cause I'm now on my way to Switzerland to visit my aunt and uncle that I haven't seen in 2 years💚

My mom is out of the hospital and back home. She is feeling a bit better but has to go back to the hospital in a few weeks for a surgery. But I'm so thankful that she is doing well and is back home. These past few days were hard for both of us and I'm glad they are over

I won't be active for the next couple of days or even a week cause my mom had to go to the hospital today as an emergency and she has to stay there for atleast a few days and they don't know exactly what's wrong but I hope they will be able to help her soon😔
