I'm now in the initial phase of a new project where I, despite working many years in this profession, *always* feel totally confused & have no clue how to do this. Like it's the first time I'm doing it. Like my brain thought when finishing previous project: "Done! Now I never have to do this again!"

New edition of my old novel coming along nicely. Proofreading done, typography done, cover under way using the old cover image. The novel is in Swedish, but I wish I also had an English version, I think I know some English speakers that would've appreciated this neurotic hallucination of a book...

Circumstances forced me out of my self. I've been someone else, again, for a long time now without realizing it. Succumbing to the pressure of the world, working and exhausted sleeping, no room for writing, philosophy or magic. I must find a way back to life. I must perform an invocation of myself.

The film Children of Men (2006) depicts a world where no children are born. We apparently live in the opposite. A world filled with frightened children who never becomes adults – no matter their age.

My urge to write is deep, to spell, to conjure up a thought, manifest a mood, configure a mindset, connect and transmit, to put a dream in you.

Social media goes straight through the subconscious and into dreams I have noticed. Beware what you consume before bedtime.

I realize that, the other day, when I said to my boss that "I feel a bit better", she interpreted that as "almost in good health and feeling positive", while I actually meant "not extremely exhausted and not entirely consumed by anxiety". Same language, different language.

Suddenly distance, borders and time were not an issue. Trains took minutes to reach other countries. So I went to meet C and P at a counterculture coffeeshop/pub. We were going to write some kind of manifest. While waiting for G and K we discussed the magic nature of domain names. Then I woke up.

Had lunch with friends. Bought a book and went home, intending to read the whole afternoon. But immediately fell asleep for two hours instead. Had forgotten about the book when I woke up. Found it an hour later, wondering where it came from. Tired is the new black.
