Know how they say you can't read in dreams? Well, I can. I just dreamt I was reading through my finished first draft of the next Project Eryss story, "Holly Blackthorne and the Silent Choir", and was astonished it was 50 pages in Google Docs. "Now it definitely counts as a novella," I thought.

FINALLY. After almost a month and several delays, my laptop is finally repaired! I've been using my Chromebook to keep up with online stuff, but it's just not as good.

Huh. I'm sweating under my right boob, but not under my left boob.

I can think of funnier things, but...

Kind of odd, but I'd forgotten the taste of melon. I mean... I remembered I don't LIKE melon, but I'd forgotten the exact taste. So I got this half-price bag of assorted sour gummi candy, and this one flavour stood out. I knew I didn't like it, but couldn't identify it.

Second season of Netflix's Sandman is up! Yeah... I know, all that stuff with Gaiman means I'm kind of less enthusiastic about the second season than I was about the first... but, well, I still want to watch the second season. I want to see how they adapt the comic.

I finally sent my laptop off for repairs, so I'm without my main computer for a couple of weeks... depending on how long the repairs take. However, I still have my smartphone, my Chromebook, my tablet and my MobileStudio Pro, so, you know... I'm still as online as ever.

I think people in general are too quick to dismiss other people as "creepy" and "gross".

Oslo Pride Parade! Third year in a row I've walked in the parade! My feet hurt a little but it was so worth it!

I posted this last year... and I'm definitely planning on being in Oslo Pride Parade this year too. Unless it's raining. LGBTQ pride!! (I just don't want to catch a cold.)

I have a terrible confession to make. I....don't hate the new version of "Heigh-Ho" from the 2025 Snow White movie. I mean the dwarfs LOOK like something out of CGI Hell, but the song... doesn't suck. I like the new lyrics, they add this "bickering family" dynamic to the seven dudes that I like.

Sometimes I remember misogynistic, homophobic or transphobic jokes from shows like The Big Bang Theory and get irrationally angry. Like I don't think I'm a violent person, but I'll suddenly remember something vile those bastards said and get filled with a desire to punch their fucking faces in.

I feel so bad for these kids. They're going to get SO much hatred, and I suspect Arabella Stanton will get it the worst. I have long since given up on HP. JKR is an evil bigot, the HBO series is a pathetic cash grab, and WB are creatively bankrupt, but none of that is these kids' fault.

Still working on the site update, by the way. Got tons of stuff done this weekend, and I'm aiming for the official release of the brand new "Project Eryss" subsection this month. If you remember, Project Eryss is my long-in-process writing project, a series of erotic superhero themed stories.

The new Nevermoor book, Silverborn, has been out for days already! My Audible pre-order has come in! 18 hours of Morrigan Crow and friends await! For those of you not in the know: Nevermoor is a YA fantasy book series by Australian author Jessica Townsend, and it deserves all the attention.

Fuck. I've refused to watch the Ted movies because it's Seth McFarlane and the trailers were just so cringe, but then I chanced to see the a couple of eps of the prequel TV series and... ...it's actually kind of good. How the hell did that happen?

Asterix and the Big Fight miniseries is on Netflix! I've been looking forward to this. I've been a big fan of Asterix since I was a wee slip of a girl and read my dad's Asterix albums. I even drew Asterix myself a while back.

Site's back up! Hopefully there'll be a pretty substantial update before too long...

....ooooh. Hostinger's having server problems. That's actually a relief. I was working on my website, and suddenly it wouldn't respond, I got a 504 message and wp-admin was inaccessible. I was afraid I'd done something wrong. But it's all on the hosting. Annoying, but at least it wasn't my fault.

...speechless. This was SO well put.

It just seems so random what I get invested in when watching (or half-watching while drawing) TV shows. The characters can make complete asses of themselves and ruin their lives completely, or get into bad relationship drama, and I'm just "meh"... or skip sections if it gets too cringe....

Sharing OC boundaries! Is fan art OK? Absolutely! Is shipping OK? I'm not a shipper myself, but if you want to then go ahead. Is fanfic/writing OK? Sure! I'll even help with the characterizations if you like. Can others draw their OC with yours? Yes! Is NSFW OK? More than OK.

My old debit card's expiring, so my bank sent me a new one. It's good too... The old one was flaking and peeling, and the chip was unreliable. So it's not that I'm dissatisfied... just... the new card seems a little... flimsy? At first I wondered if it was made out of cardboard.

So... it's probably just my aromantic ass, but... watching West Side Story, either of the movies OR stage play... the only part I'm not interested in is the romance between Tony and Maria. Like, ANY scene that focuses on those two, my attention just drifts. I just don't care.

I've been working on a new written story, a novelette (estimated word count around 13-14 000) called Holly Blackthorne and the Silent Choir. The main character in the story is Holly Blackthorne, a witch-for-hire in the superhero-heavy city of Paragon Bay.

Not a new instalment in "Whatever Happened to Chibi-Dina" (part 11 is coming. I promise) but a commission for @hypnolordx.bsky.social, who wanted a comic with Chibi-Dina and his character Lena Lustrous. He wrote the script, I drew and wrote the dialogue (except for the dialogue in Panel 5). (1/2)

Oh, wow! I REMEMBER seeing this when I was little! I don't even remember how old I was, but I remember this episode was shown on TV and I watched it!

No idea why, but photos of food make me nauseous. Not all the time... I'm fine with food pics in recipe books or commercials. But like when I see food pics on social media, people posting pics of their meals, I just feel sick. Especially if they're accompanied by words like "delicious" or "yummy".
