"How do you work in mental health?" Easy. I am afforded the privilege to guide people to find in themselves the reasons to live a better more content life, every work day. It's not prestigious, but I get to work at the forefront of humanity, day in, day out. It is an honour.

Grateful and privileged that I get to have an ADHD assessment in coming weeks. But I am somewhat scared that managing my ADHD is going to mean my ASD symptoms become dysfunctional and unmanageable, as managing my anxiety made my ADHD symptons dysfunctional and unmanageable.
