Swung out of bed at 5:30am, 8.9°C, and was on my way at the sun’s rise and shine time. First stop, Corowa Flour Mill, now occupied by a whisky distillery and chocolate factory which I returned to later for a squiz at all the yummy looking chocolates and lamented not having a fridge to keep them in.

A chance one on one encounter. A female echida, having just fed her puggle, sets off to forage. She will return in 3-5 days to feed her sole offspring again. The puggle will be kept buried for up to 12 months before emerging to feed independently.
