I love that seeing "AuDHD" anywhere in someone's profile lets me know we're probably going to click. Being able to spot "your people" with such a label is the single greatest benefit of these labels... which I otherwise hate.

I need to work out, but there are so many more compelling things to do... I definitely don't think I can be a "go to the gym" person again. It's too easy to fit the workout in the middle of a bunch of other things if I just have a place to do it at home. AuDHD loves "spontaneous routine."
