In all honesty, I love early 2000s websites. Some of the most innovative designs with very low tech stacks. What happened? I wish companies would invest in creativity again.

For newer games, Nobody Wants To Die fits pretty nicely in the hard boiled futuristic noir genre. I'm a few hours into the game and there's some really interesting story and detective work so far. Excited to see how this unfolds.

I think it's time for another yearly play through of Deus Ex: Human Revolution. HR and Mankind Divided, hands down two of my favorite cyberpunk themed videogame RPGs of all time. Bummer that they cancelled the most recent DE project last year, though :(

Started messing around with Tone.js today. Pretty cool little web audio api. I want to build a little fm synth with it if I can. My stack is Astro, React, and Tone.js.

Picked up a copy of the Altered Carbon TTRPG. Haven't really heard much about it, but the novel is definitely in my top for recent cyberpunk fiction.

Just caught the trailer for the upcoming Monsieur Spade series and it looks pretty good. Have always loved noir films, so it's a much welcome change from sci-fi stuff I normally watch.

Picked up a couple Anbernic handhelds: RG35XX (L) & RG353M (R). Both have tons of games. The RG35XX is a bit smaller, but cheaper. The RG353M is solid and my fav. Definitely recommend this brand if you're looking for a smaller, handheld device.
