Back home from @pawsome.bsky.social and I've got to say it was a great little convention; pawsitive vibes, amazing gear, cute suits, cool outfits, everyone just doing their thing. Really fostered a good sense of community.

I've been into rainwear probably as long as I've been abdl, and it's always felt fairly niche, but I feel like perhaps it's getting a bit more popular now?

TFW you wake up having accidentally spent the night sleeping under the baby gym. Hey, it's where al the blankies and plushies were so the gravity was strong. Effectively ultra firm mattress probably good for the spine too I guess?

Annoyingly including expedited shipping and taxes I spent so much on this that I almost could have just got a custom one made. Although that said finding anyone willing to do my sona proved to be impossible last time I tried.

As much as I'm dreading the approach of winter one plus is that it's now cool enough to wear cozy stuff! Also my new shiba kigu is rather cute and comfy! Bought it for BFC but it was far too warm to wear there!

Question: Most conventions, music festivals, etc. have paid staff, and even volunteers usually at least get a complimentary ticket. Would it really be so bad if furry conventions did this too? Why is it that artists are the only ones that deserve to be remunerated for their time?

As someone that often works with UX & UI I'm usually more open to change than most but damn these recent Android changes, especially the font, seem well a bit weird at best.
