COOKS AND CHEMISTS! HELP! Keywords: Pasta, Stick, Pot Context: I do NOT own a pasta sieve. Once I boiled some sweet corn, and afterwards some pasta in the same water. There was almost no sticking. ??Starchy water?? Started to add either potato or cornstarch to the pot just before adding the pasta.
