Since my iron infusion I've been feeling a lot better. I'm getting more energy, I feel a lot more focused. I'm still working on getting my vitamins in check but I'm starting to feel the energy flow & I hope to be back drawing very soon I'll be opening up commission soon as well so keep an eye out;)

She's been making food for my mum, taking care of things round the house. I'm going to be getting back to doing shit today but yeah, gonna be rough for a while. Grandad was a week and change from being 92. And only really declined super heavily in the last 12 months.

So, my grandfather passed away 2 days ago after a few months of declining health. Didn't put it anywhere public because my sister was on holiday and my mum wanted to wait until she was back before telling her as she only had one day left. @rayematthews.bsky.social has been my rock during this.

The last few months have been hell financially. I will be opening up some easy commissions later this month to make up the massive hits my savings took having to go private for treatment. I'm trying to save money to get my citizenship here, and have a buffer for the remaining treatment that's left

I literally fought like hell the last 2 months just to be taken seriously by my GP. I went through nearly all of them, a complaint sent and eventually they agreed with my private assessment that I have a b12 deficiency. But rather than take ownership of this they said my B12 is a "trial"

Sorry for my radio silence. I've been at war with my GP about my health XD Don't worry, I'm doing good, better now that I have the right treatment being done. Still, because they could only tackle one thing at a time, for some reason, I had to do it in stages. Next, is iron infusion. Let's go!

15 years ago I married the most wonderful, patient, caring, understanding, beautiful, intelligent person ever. There's been fights, make ups, tragedies, celebrations on this roller coaster. I have never once regretted getting on the ride. I love you @rayematthews.bsky.social now and forever.

Guess who has B12 & Folate deficiency? That likely explains why I've been so tired even with ADHD medicine. Bruh. So Monday getting my first B12 shot. My iron is low as well. Not quite deficient but not far off either from it either, so will be taking some tablets for that too. :')

That MIT study from a couple weeks ago was pretty clear on how fast your brain atrophies with AI use. And that’s with functional grown adults. Kids who get this pushed on to them now in school during a crucial developmental period in their lives are pretty much fucked forever. ☠️
