Porkchops in the slow cooker. Covered in 3 different kinds of BBQ sauce, some smoked salt and black pepper, 2 ghost and 2 Trinidad scorpion peppers. This is my favorite way to make porkchops and they are even great as leftovers.

Might jump back into Mafia 3 next.

Got the first pepper off my Chiltepin. It was tiny, but man that flavor is something else. Smoky and a bit fruity and the heat was similar to a habanero. I think this is one of my favorite peppers now.

Think I'll give Mass Effect Andromeda a go again.

Beat Lords of the Fallen(2023) Loved my time with this game. Took me a bit to get used to it at the very beginning, but I think this was one of my favorite soulslike playthroughs.

They had this hoodie on clearance for $9.97 and the original price was $64.99!

Phone/tablet charger started making electrical arcing sounds and getting hot. Time to get a new one Glad it started doing that when I was near it and I heard it. That could have been bad if it caught fire.

Been playing a few of the Call of Duty games I missed out on via game pass. I'm just playing the single player campaign though.

Finished Indiana Jones and the Great Circle today. Loved it! They really nailed the cinematic style and storyline of the movies. Baker did a great job with the voice acting. I'd honestly love to see the team do a 3D animated movie in this style with Baker doing Indies voice again.

Happy Independence day

My Carolina Reaper didn't make it through winter, but there are a bunch of seedlings growing in the pot. Hoping at least one of them is a reaper. My peppers were all in a tight space during winter though so could be something else.

My daily activity: Water peppers, make sure they aren't getting too much sun, they always do so put up an umbrella and pull them under... unless it's too windy. Then pull them out and take down the umbrella at dusk. If its windy make sure none have fallen over. Put up stones and chairs to keep safe
