Some pretty major news. On 26th Spetember Universal are putting out a Box Set: "Peter Hammill - the Charisma and Virgin recordings 1971-86". This brings together all my early albums in an 18 cd, 2 blu-ray collection. Really quite a thing! More info, including pre-order links, at Sofasound.com

Spare a thought for Geoff Dyer, writer and noted Peter Hammill fan. He's giving a lecture at the Queen Elizabeth Hall on the same evening that PH is playing the Festival Hall next door. With luck he'll be able to wrap up the lecture early doors and make it over to the RFH in time for the encores.
