Strava people, any of you used this new data set?. It tells me I’m 3W of a level on sprints. Just realised all metrics are split into 8 levels most of my sprint and attack scores are L4-L5. Most climbing is L3-L4, that’s no surprise, I’m a terrible climber 😂 Anyone playing with this stuff?

Over the weekend I rode an Adriatica Panarra 6 spd hire bike. These are about €350 new so you can guess the quality level. Mine wasn’t new, the derailleur was almost sideways, spokes lose, I could have spent €350 fixing it….. Had a blast though, it’s good just to fun cycle sometimes 🙂

I’m pleased to report I did 50km on the new Tarmac SL8 1x on the road last night, only 537M of elevation so not too salty, but yeah, never ran out of gears and happy with the decision to ditch the small front ring.

I’ve fucked up & in doing my own head in. Prepping to build the S-Works & I can’t find the compression ring for the head assembly. I had it at the weekend. Can’t cut the steerer tube or do the handle bars or brakes without it. A little plastic ring. No doubt it’s somewhere obvious & stupid. Idiot
