Rode all the way up and them all the way back down St-Denis REV. At Bellechasse zigzagged over to the Van Horne underpass on St-Laurent. Bike counter there said 4700 bikes passed it already today. Bike path was still full of riders so many 1000s more will pass the bike counter by end of today.

Riviere L'Acadie still just a creek at Canton de Hemmingford Township's Fisher road. L'Acadie river meanders north/east to empty in the Richelieu river just north of the Chambly basin. The Route Verte #1 crosses it between Carignan & Chambly. There is a drinking fountain right there, which we like.

Traffic light on the bike lane has one of the hand & foot rails so you don't have to put a foot onto the ground when stopped, and so you can start off asap when the light changes to green. Bonus bike-swallowing crater has already half-eaten a warning post.
